What is Time Freedom And How Do I Achieve It?
Time freedom means being joyfully productive without feeling constantly stressed about how much more you’ve got left to do. It’s not necessarily about doing “nothing” or just having a wide open schedule.
Instead, time freedom is that satisfied feeling of knowing you’re deliberately spending your time on what really matters and ignoring the rest. Rather than feeling anxious, you feel that 24 hours is enough. This, of course, requires that you’re clear on your priorities and you’ve become an expert at saying no.
With time freedom, off the clock will actually feel like off the clock.
